Where do you source your Cushion Covers and Throws?
We buy our Cushion Covers and Throws from an international supplier whose products are ethically and responsibly sourced from culture-rich parts of India.  Every handmade product is unique and therefore, there may be minor variations in the appearance, pattern, colour, and texture.  This is all part of the hand-crafted charm.
Does my Cushion Cover come with an insert ?
Cushion Covers that have a standard Australian size cushion insert will come unfilled.  There is the option to purchase a Cushion Insert for an additional price (either recycled PET insert, or feather insert).  The options are detailed for each Cushion Cover.  Cushion Covers that require a custom size cushion insert, will come with a recycled PET cushion insert. 
Where do you source your cushion inserts?
Our Cushion Inserts are made in Australia by ‘Innergreen’, an Australian manufacturer of sustainable eco-friendly products.  There are two options of cushion inserts: a recycled PET insert (a type of plastic used to produce soft drink and water bottles) or a feather insert. 
What payment types do you accept ?
We accept PayPal and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
How long does it take for you to complete my order?
We will ship your items within two business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order.  If there are any unforeseen delays to this time frame, you will be notified.  If you want more detailed information about Shipping, you can view our Shipping Policy.
What packaging do you use?
We will, wherever possible, use recycled products for packaging and posting our goods therefore minimising our footprint and doing our bit for Mother Nature.
Items will be wrapped in 100% recycled brown paper (to keep the product clean).  The brown paper can be recycled. 
The ecofriendly mailer bags are from ‘HeapsGood’ an Australian owed business.  The mailer bags are plant based, contain no plastic, are fully biodegradable and are certified home and commercially compostable.
How much does it cost to send out my items?
We have an Australia-wide flat rate shipping charge of $10 (for total weight under 5kgs).  For items 5kg and over, shipping is $15 (Australia wide).  For international shipping, please email us for a shipping price before purchasing. How will my items be sent to me?
We use Australia Post or courier companies to ship our items.  If you want more detailed information about Shipping, you can view our Shipping Policy.
Can I track my item?
We will provide you with a tracking number when we complete your order so you can track the progress of the delivery. You can also email us at hello@funkydone.com.au for a progress update.
Do you accept ‘change of mind’ returns?

Do your prices include GST?
Currently Funky Done is not required to be registered for GST. When we are required to be registered for GST, the prices on our website will include GST.
